Technical Customer Support – Oil & Gas Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Customer Support professional to manage inside sales and order processes for our oil & gas manufacturing clients. The role supports procurement, material sourcing and engineering operations, ensuring smooth commercial documentation and workflow across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inside sales activities to achieve order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee order management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders.
• Coordinate basic procurement and material sourcing to maintain inventory for production needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales, procurement and operational objectives.
• Prepare and handle commercial documents such as quotations, contracts, purchase orders and invoices.
• Interpret engineering drawings and Bills of Materials to support accurate procurement.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related Engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, industrial or technical product sectors.
• Strong understanding of order processing, procurement and commercial documentation.
