Technical Lead – Client Services (Singapore)

About the role

The Client Services Technical Lead joins Thales DIS Singapore’s technical support team, delivering post‑sales assistance for complex authentication and encryption solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and product teams, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and knowledge is shared across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert troubleshooting for Thales Authentication and Encryption products via phone and electronic channels.
• Interpret logs, error messages and customer environments to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Recommend work‑arounds, apply hot‑fixes and coordinate patches to minimise service disruption.
• Reproduce previously unknown problems and collaborate with product champions and development engineers.
• Mentor junior support engineers and lead critical escalations.
• Create, review and publish knowledge‑base articles for internal and external use.
• Support pre‑sales proof‑of‑concept activities when required.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in post‑sales technical support for security‑related products.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate system configurations and integration scenarios.
• Proven ability to guide customers through complex product setups and upgrades.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Thales Authentication and Encryption solutions.
• Expertise in troubleshooting system configurations, logs and error messages.
• Familiarity with third‑party integrations and software patch management.
