Technical Lead / Engineering Manager (Multiple Vacancies)

About the role

You will join a fast‑growing technology organisation that delivers large‑scale digital solutions across web and cloud platforms. The role is a hybrid of hands‑on engineering and people leadership, with roughly 70% of the time spent coding, architecting and solving technical challenges while guiding a team of engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, development and delivery of web and mobile applications using modern technologies such as ReactJS, Typescript and Node.js.
• Stay highly hands‑on through coding, code reviews, technical troubleshooting and champion engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers, establish coding standards, design patterns and nurture a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams and project managers to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Drive cloud adoption, application integration, CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies while ensuring performance, security and reliability.

Required profile

• Proven experience building large‑scale software systems and understanding performance implications as usage grows.
• Comfortable with modern web development practices and familiar with Java, Typescript, React/Next.js stacks.
• Ability to guide technical decisions and support teams effectively, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Mindset focused on thoughtful engineering, collaboration, maintainability and long‑term quality.
• Interest in mission‑driven work and experience coaching or developing engineering teams.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore (citizen or permanent resident).
