Technical Project Manager (IT & UX)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex digital and e‑commerce initiatives within our IT & UX team. The ideal candidate combines strong project‑management capabilities with a solid background in backend or full‑stack development, enabling them to guide architectural decisions and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of IT and e‑commerce projects, from discovery through post‑launch optimisation.
• Translate business, product and user requirements into clear technical scopes, timelines and delivery plans.
• Manage dependencies, risks and trade‑offs across backend, frontend, QA and UX teams.
• Act as the technical reference point, challenging assumptions and guiding architecture, performance, scalability and security decisions.
• Coordinate with other Project & Product Managers to align scope, timeline and execution.
• Facilitate transparent communication with IT, product and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Agile (Scrum) practices, manage backlogs and sprints in Jira, and continuously improve delivery processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technically complex digital or e‑commerce projects.
• Background as a backend or full‑stack developer with hands‑on architectural knowledge.
• Strong ability to bridge development teams, product owners and business stakeholders.
• Excellent risk‑management, estimation and prioritisation skills.
