Technical Project Manager

About the role

Arki Finance is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology‑driven initiatives across product, engineering, operations, compliance, and strategic partnerships. This hands‑on role sits at the intersection of business, product, and engineering, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while aligning technical implementation with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic and technology projects, developing plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation frameworks.
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure on‑time, in‑scope delivery.
• Coordinate with product managers, engineers, QA teams, and external vendors on platform development, API integrations, and system rollouts.
• Support sprint planning, backlog tracking, release coordination, and deployment readiness activities.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, issue tracking, and production rollout coordination.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, organizing meetings, executive updates, and management reporting.

Required profile

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Technical fluency sufficient to work effectively with engineering teams and external vendors.
• Hands‑on, fast‑paced startup mindset, comfortable building structure and solving complex operational challenges.
