Technical Project Manager

About the role

Arki Finance is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology‑driven initiatives across product, engineering, operations, compliance, and strategic partnerships. This hands‑on role sits at the intersection of business and technology in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic projects, defining timelines, milestones, dependencies and resource allocation.
• Track progress, identify risks and remove blockers to ensure on‑time, on‑scope delivery.
• Coordinate with product managers, engineers, QA teams and external vendors on platform development and API integrations.
• Support sprint planning, backlog tracking, release coordination and deployment readiness.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, issue tracking and production roll‑outs.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, organizing meetings and preparing executive updates.

Required profile

• Strong project management capabilities with a hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset.
• Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and external vendors.
• Experience thriving in a fast‑moving startup environment and solving complex operational challenges.
