Technical Project Manager – Lead Projects & Stakeholder Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive complex projects from conception to delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document project requirements by engaging stakeholders.
• Define and maintain the project backlog, including acceptance criteria for traceability.
• Develop project roadmaps, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Lead project execution, monitoring scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and regulatory constraints.
• Conduct risk analysis and oversee mitigation plans.
• Provide vision and direction to technical teams, customers, and partners.
• Communicate progress and reports to all stakeholders.
• Own overall project quality, cost, and timeline.
• Support business teams with offers, demonstrations, and product presentations.
• Manage development plans for projects totaling up to 10,000 hours.

Required profile

• Proven ability to liaise effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong project planning and coordination skills, capable of defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with Project Engineers and vendors.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities for internal and external audiences.
