Project Delivery Manager – Insurance IT (APAC)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Delivery Manager to lead solution architecture and end‑to‑end delivery for insurance initiatives across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role combines strategic design with hands‑on execution, ensuring that business requirements are translated into robust, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end solution architectures covering application, data, integration, infrastructure and security.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from design through build, test, deployment and handover.
• Plan, track and report delivery progress using Jira (and Azure DevOps where required).
• Maintain delivery artefacts such as RAID logs, dependencies and milestones in Jira, SharePoint and Confluence.
• Lead architecture reviews, steering committees and IT governance processes.
• Ensure third‑party and vendor solutions meet architectural, security and quality standards.
• Produce executive‑ready documentation including business cases, solution proposals and steering materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis or IT project management, with at least 2 years in a senior or team‑lead capacity.
• Proven background in solution or enterprise architecture within the insurance sector.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, hybrid or traditional methodologies.
• Strong understanding of insurance technology landscapes, digital platforms, cloud, data and emerging AI technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
