Technical Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Technical Project Manager to lead our core technology and engineering initiatives. This remote, contract position will serve as the bridge between software, engineering and product teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with global stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering resources, timelines and budgets, and track progress using standard metrics.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring clear communication across departments.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early, devise mitigation strategies and keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, performance reports and budget forecasts to international leadership and clients.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven project‑management experience delivering end‑to‑end projects on budget and schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Familiarity with basic QA lifecycles and software deployment processes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a distinct advantage.
• Reliable backup power, high‑speed internet and a functional laptop.

• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) and ERP financial systems.
