Technical Recruiter – 6‑Month Contract, Up to $7K

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a multinational client on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to attract top technology and consulting talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Utilise job boards, social media, internal databases and referrals to build talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with HR and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on market trends, industry benchmarks and competitor hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Team‑player with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using sourcing tools and platforms.
