Technical Recruiter – Remote (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Technical Recruiter who is passionate about IT recruitment and wants to build a long‑term career in the recruitment industry. You will work as part of a diverse, international recruitment team supporting IT hiring requirements for Singapore and, occasionally, remote positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify IT/Technology professionals for Singapore‑based and remote opportunities.
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
• Understand technical job requirements and match suitable IT talent.
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment platforms and other channels to build pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening, assess skills, experience, availability and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and pipeline status.
• Build strong candidate relationships and develop a long‑term IT talent network.

Required profile

• Experience in IT/Technical recruitment is preferred.
• Strong interest in building a career in technology recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies and technical skill sets.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a diverse team.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable working with recruitment KPIs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and recruitment techniques.
• Genuine enjoyment of recruitment and working with people.
