Technical Support Analyst

About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join a StarHub subsidiary in Singapore. The role is based at the client’s corporate office and will provide both onsite and remote desktop support to ensure a reliable workstation environment for end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain standard hardware specifications, operating system images and standard operating environment (SOE) specifications.
- Provide access to standard hardware and software images as required to support operations.
- Coordinate and manage third‑party vendors for hardware and software maintenance.
- Execute changes following Change Management procedures to minimise business disruption.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, including third‑party vendors, for in‑scope support locations.
- Deliver interactive walk‑in support at two corporate office locations and attend field service calls.
- Maintain asset inventory, tag assets and manage asset disposal according to policy.
- Provide remote or onsite support for desktop, laptop and peripheral devices that cannot be resolved by Level 1 Service Desk.
- Restore environments after software repairs, including configuration and data.
- Install, configure and test desktop client applications as part of the SOE.
- Manage Mobile Device Management systems (Intune, Workspace ONE UEM) for policy and application delivery.
- Perform mass software deployments, IMAC requests, backup procedures, data transfer/recovery and data wiping.
- Monitor service levels and escalate incidents according to defined procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in desktop and laptop support within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with change management and third‑party coordination.
- Ability to work onsite at the corporate office and travel to other customer locations as needed.
- Strong attention to detail for asset tracking and compliance with disposal policies.
