Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Paxos is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help shape the customer experience and define support processes for its financial‑services platform. You will work closely with product, engineering, compliance and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable support for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and evolve support processes from the ground up, ensuring they scale with growth.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement automations, and proactively address recurring issues before they affect customers.
• Provide trading and liquidity support to brokerage clients, collaborating with Asset and Brokerage Operations to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth workflows.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers to architect onboarding experiences for high‑profile enterprise customers.
• Work with Product and Engineering to support new features, monitor platform activity, and resolve pain points early.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both internal teams and external clients.
