Technical Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to deliver high‑quality training on Genetec’s security and operations solutions to customers, partners and internal teams across the APAC region. Based in our Singapore office, you will help users become confident in using the full Genetec product portfolio while travelling up to 50 % of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver technical training sessions, workshops and webinars for a diverse audience.
• Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, manuals and course outlines.
• Update existing resources as the product line evolves and ensure documentation follows best practices.
• Collaborate with product, support and sales teams to align training content with customer needs.
• Travel within the APAC region and occasionally internationally to conduct on‑site training.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Commitment to an inclusive, respectful work environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of networking principles, IP protocol and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with database concepts and client‑server environments.
• Experience with PC configuration and troubleshooting.
