Technician – Welding & Metal Fabrication

About the role

The Technician will perform welding and metal‑fabrication tasks for turbine‑blade repair projects. Reporting to the Operations Leader, you will work on high‑temperature alloys using TIG processes in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and weld high‑temperature alloys for turbine‑blade repair using TIG welding.
• Perform blending repairs on turbine blades to restore dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain product quality, equipment care, production output, housekeeping and schedule adherence.
• Follow all EHS rules and immediately report unsafe conditions.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education or higher; NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or TIG welding experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant welding or metal‑fabrication experience.
• Basic command of English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
