Telemarketer – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Telemarketer (Appointment Setter) to join our team. The role focuses on engaging potential clients in a professional and friendly manner, with the primary goal of scheduling appointments for our consultants. This position does not involve sales or product pitching.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists.
• Schedule appointments for consultants by coordinating suitable times with prospects.
• Handle basic inquiries confidently and provide accurate information.
• Record call details and appointment outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow structured scripts while adapting naturally to conversations and collaborate closely with sales and advisory teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service (appointment‑setting experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and consistent in maintaining records.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• A team player who can work closely with consultants.
