Telemarketing Executive

About the role

Join Resorts World Sentosa as a Telemarketing Executive and support the Business Development team in generating new leads. You will be part of a dynamic environment where outbound outreach and customer engagement are key to driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing telemarketing campaigns and daily outreach activities.
• Support the Business Development team in identifying potential leads and customer segments.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with customers to promote services and gather information.
• Coordinate with other departments for promotions, events, and customer service efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results, escalating feedback to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure all telemarketing activities comply with regulatory and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years as required by regulatory authorities.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar industry.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
