Temp Alumni Engagement Officer (Convocation)

About the role

We are looking for a temporary Alumni Engagement Officer to support our convocation activities at Suntec. The role involves communicating alumni benefits, encouraging portal activation and promoting the digital alumni card among students. The assignment runs from 13 to 15 October 2026 with specific working hours each day.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate alumni benefits and opportunities to students, ensuring they understand the value of staying connected.
• Promote activation of the Alumni Portal and the Digital Alumni Card, guiding students through the registration process.
• Drive engagement with alumni social media channels and the Telegram group by sharing relevant content and updates.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level, Diploma or undergraduate qualification, with demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Telegram.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact pleasantly with a diverse student body.
• Previous experience in customer service or event support is advantageous.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
