About the role

We are seeking a temporary Patient Service Associate for a 16‑week contract at our Bedok location in Singapore. The role involves providing frontline service to patients, handling registrations, appointments and promoting digital services. This entry‑level position offers on‑the‑job training and requires standing for extended periods.

Key responsibilities

Provide frontline service as a representative
Register patients, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
Assist patients with self‑service kiosks
Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries
Perform other duties as assigned
Be comfortable standing for long hours

Required profile

Minimum N / O / A / NITEC in any course
No prior experience needed; training will be provided
