About the role
SingHealth is hiring a temporary Patient Services Assistant to work at its clinics. The role covers frontline patient support, helping people navigate registration, appointments and payments, and assisting doctors and patients during consultations.
Key responsibilities
- Guide patients through online and onsite registration, appointment scheduling and payment matters
- Assist patients with wayfinding so they reach the right service locations
- Support doctors and patients during consultations
- Conduct basic patient assessments, including fall risk questionnaires, height and weight measurements and blood pressure taking
Required profile
- General Diploma, GCE O'Level, N'Level or A'Level, or a Certificate in Clinic Practice/Healthcare (Administrative Support) or equivalent
- Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
- Speaking a second language or dialect is an advantage for liaising with non-English-speaking patients
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
