Temp Senior Executive – Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions

About the role

We are looking for a temporary Senior Executive to lead marketing, recruitment and admissions activities for our client in Singapore. The role combines creative visual design, campaign execution and student‑recruitment support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns by developing key visuals, coordinating with agencies and creating digital content for social media, EDMs and blogs.
• Assist in organising and promoting outreach events such as masterclasses, information sessions and student engagement activities.
• Screen and qualify prospective applicants to support the recruitment and selection process.
• Provide administrative support for admissions, including verifying applicant information, managing admissions and scholarship records, and coordinating pre‑arrival briefings.
• Manage post‑admissions processes such as student data entry, preparation of student pass applications and coordination of records with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on student documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely completion.
• Respond to student enquiries on admissions and arrival matters.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in visual design (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Effective oral and written communication, comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
• Willingness to work after‑office hours or weekends when required.
• People‑oriented and enjoys connecting with new people.
