Temporary Finance Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Migration (Changi Airport)

About the role

We are looking for a temporary senior finance professional to support the SAP S/4HANA implementation at Changi Airport. The role focuses on preparing, cleansing and migrating legacy finance data into the new SAP environment, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the project.

Key responsibilities

• Support the SAP S/4HANA implementation by preparing and migrating finance data from legacy systems.
• Extract, cleanse, validate and load data using Microsoft Excel and migration templates.
• Map legacy data to SAP S/4HANA structures and verify data accuracy before system uploads.
• Perform data quality checks, identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Assist in mock migrations, user testing, reconciliations and validation activities.
• Maintain documentation of data files, migration assumptions and process updates.
• Monitor migration progress, flag risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide administrative and project support to the SAP implementation team.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with experience in SAP finance modules, preferably SAP SD.
• Proven track record in end‑to‑end data migration projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
