Temporary Front Office Assistant – Novena (HGAT)

About the role

This temporary position supports the front office of a healthcare facility in Novena. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling reservations, check‑ins, and basic logistics while working a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Answer reservation enquiries and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Manage patient check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Assist patients with luggage and escort them to wards when needed.
• Keep the front office and lobby clean, organised, and welcoming.
• Uphold service standards and follow all operational guidelines.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Comfortable with hands‑on duties, including handling patients' luggage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a positive attitude.
