About the role

Drive new business by securing clients and projects that meet defined sales and profitability targets within the ground engineering and geotechnical construction space. Build market intelligence, maintain strong client relationships, and act as Bid Manager for large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

Secure new clients and projects to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Develop market intelligence, track the competitive landscape, and review tender proposals with the bid team.
Lead client negotiations on bid and contract terms while guiding the tender and business development team.
Collaborate across departments to uphold the company’s brand, corporate image, and market reputation.

Required profile

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related studies.
5–7 years of experience in Tender/Bids Management for contractors or specialist construction trades.

Required skills

Bid management for large‑scale geotechnical/ground engineering projects.
Client negotiation on bid and contract terms.
Market intelligence and competitive analysis.
