Thai-Speaking Technical Project Manager (AI Banking Solutions)

About the role

Cygnify is looking for a Thai-speaking Technical Project Manager for AI-powered banking transformation initiatives. This is a highly client-facing role combining project delivery, solution consulting and commercial engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise banking clients, working with them to understand their challenges, shape AI banking solutions and deliver projects successfully, while also supporting business development and account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise banking clients, building long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Lead client discovery sessions, business workshops and solution discussions, and work with Sales and Business Development on meetings, demos and proposals.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts with new AI capabilities and banking solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI banking software projects across the SDLC, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and resources, and coordinating Product, Engineering, AI/ML, QA, UX and Infrastructure teams.
• Run Agile ceremonies, give regular executive updates and provide project governance and risk management.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and advise clients on AI banking solutions and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• At least 8 years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise software projects in banking, fintech or financial services.
• Strong client-facing experience and a commercially minded approach to business development, presales and account growth.
• Professional spoken and written Thai and professional English.
• Experience with digital banking, payments, lending, core banking or enterprise fintech projects; experience with AI applications is highly desirable.
