Third Party Management Manager - Banking & Financial Services

About the role

A well-established global financial services organisation is seeking a Third Party Management Manager to oversee third-party governance, risk monitoring and operational controls. The role involves partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic risk and control initiatives, and is advertised by a consultant in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of external and internal third-party arrangements and contracts
• Monitor contract status, investigate discrepancies and maintain governance controls
• Analyse supplier performance trends and prepare management reports, dashboards and governance updates
• Work with risk and resilience teams to improve third-party risk metrics and strengthen controls
• Carry out quality assurance reviews, audits and regulatory reporting
• Support change management, policy implementation, process improvement and transformation projects
• Provide user support, system troubleshooting and guidance on third-party due diligence platforms

Required profile

• Proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in third-party risk governance in a regulated environment
• Experience in Third Party Management, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Resilience or related risk disciplines
• Strong understanding of third-party governance frameworks, risk controls and resilience practices
• Experience in banking, financial services or other highly regulated industries is advantageous

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and management presentations
• Data visualisation and dashboards in Qlik Sense or similar tools
• Familiarity with platforms such as Coupa, Appian or ServiceNow is a plus
