Total Rewards Leader AMERA

About the role

As the Centre of Excellence for all compensation and benefits (C&B) matters in the AMERA region, you will update and develop the region's total rewards policies. The role is based in Singapore and is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Campain management: develop and maintain up-to-date position evaluation, job matrix, job leveling and benchmarking
• Take part in benefits and salary surveys and market research so that pay structures and benefits are internally aligned, market competitive and compliant with local labour legislation
• Prepare salary proposals against internal and external benchmarks, and own the budgeting, annual salary review and bonus review processes for the region
• Support C&B, performance management and employee relations matters across the AMERA region
• Global mobility: align short- and long-term assignment and transfer policies with company policy, review and consolidate benefits guidelines, handle end-to-end assignments and transfers (relocation, taxation) and track the validity of international assignments
• Performance management: act as regional super-user of the Employee Performance Management system, covering software, data, user manuals and training, and ensure countries follow the EPM process and timelines for objectives, mid-year and year-end reviews

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration with C&B certification
• At least 10 years in regional C&B roles
• HR generalist and HRBP experience is a plus
• Experience in multinational companies
