Trade Execution Executive

About the role

The Trade Execution Executive will drive the Right Execution Daily (RED) agenda for Singapore, turning execution data into actionable insights that boost product availability, visibility and activation across the market. Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing, you will collaborate with sales, supply chain and bottling teams to ensure execution standards are met and market intelligence informs strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse execution data, manage RED scorecards, dashboards and reporting tools, and distribute insights to sales, trade marketing and leadership.
• Own and maintain RED systems and tools (iRED app, Product Master Data), including testing, troubleshooting and coordinating enhancements with IT and global teams.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Bottler teams to align execution standards and monitor competitor activity.
• Process purchase orders, goods receipts and track invoice payments.
• Coordinate delivery and distribution of POS materials and premiums, and support logistics for equipment, materials and apparel.
• Maintain event and campaign documentation, approval tracking and TRO planning files.
• Handle procurement of premiums and vouchers, and assist with incentive tracking and payout calculations.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in analysis are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
