Trainee Barista – Full‑Time (44 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Tim Hortons as a Trainee Barista and become the friendly face serving coffee and food to guests across Singapore. This entry‑level position offers full on‑the‑job training in a fast‑paced café environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Learn to prepare coffee, espresso, tea and other beverages to Tim Hortons standards.
• Assist in making sandwiches, donuts and baked goods.
• Operate espresso machines, ovens and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and transactions professionally.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lb.
