Training Consultant – South Pacific

About the role

Bang & Olufsen is expanding its South Pacific presence and seeks a Training Consultant to elevate partner store performance across the region. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with monobrand and multibrand partners to drive retail excellence, product mastery, and brand advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into actionable training programs in collaboration with regional sales teams.
• Lead skill‑development initiatives focusing on advanced soft skills, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.
• Own the end‑to‑end training strategy for assigned markets, overseeing all learning and development activities.
• Organise and support regional seminars for training, sales, and marketing.
• Champion a knowledge‑driven sales culture and ensure compliance with the customer experience programme.
• Drive digital learning adoption through Bang & Olufsen’s e‑learning platform, Beocampus.
• Collaborate with the broader team, sharing successes and proposing innovative ways of working.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in a training environment, preferably within the luxury goods sector in Southeast Asia.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• High energy, positivity, and motivation to develop selling skills.
• Passion for luxury, design, and technology industries.
• Experience with product launches, presentations, and events.
• Fluent English; additional regional languages (Bahasa, Thai, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Khmer) are a plus.

• Proficiency with Beocampus (Bang & Olufsen e‑learning platform).
