Training & Quality Specialist (Singapore)

About the role

The Training & Quality Specialist will develop and deliver training programs for frontline customer service agents in a BPO environment. You will work closely with support queues, using AI tools to create effective SOPs and training materials, ensuring high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Train frontline customer service agents in a BPO or outsourced setting.
• Handle customer service tickets (email, chat, phone) and use that experience to inform training.
• Draft training material, SOPs, and assessment questions using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
• Build training curricula from scratch without a pre‑set curriculum.

Required profile

• Near‑native spoken and written English.
• Comfortable creating training programs from the ground up.
