Transformation & Talent Manager – Organization & Workforce

About the role

Deloitte Singapore is looking for a high‑performing Manager to lead AI‑enabled workforce transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders across industries to redesign operating models, build talent capabilities and embed responsible AI practices that shape the future of work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI readiness assessments, workforce impact analyses and adoption roadmaps for clients.
• Design future‑state operating models, governance structures and capability frameworks.
• Develop skills‑based workforce strategies, career pathways and internal mobility programmes.
• Manage cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Create and disseminate practice assets, methodologies and AI‑enabled delivery toolkits.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in AI‑enabled workforce transformation, operating model design and organisational strategy.
• Proven ability to engage senior leaders, influence decision‑making and drive change.
• Strong project leadership skills with experience managing cross‑regional teams and ecosystem partners.
• Passion for mentoring junior talent and contributing to thought leadership.
