Transport & Customs Coordinator, APAC

About the role

L-Acoustics, a global provider of professional sound systems for live events, is looking for a Transport & Customs Coordinator covering the APAC region. The role covers customs formalities and import/export planning, and maintains a sustainable transportation plan aligned with operations, sales support and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Customs: coordinate import and export initiatives (planning, automation, optimization) across functions, standardize procedures with operations and technology teams, and manage customs formalities including invoice retrieval and information verification.
• Transportation: develop and maintain a sustainable transportation plan, implement cost-reduction strategies while keeping the network competitive and safe, and oversee performance against business needs.
• Stakeholder management: educate stakeholders on issues and market conditions, build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, and monitor transportation KPIs such as routing, scheduling, on-time metrics, freight costs and carbon footprint.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in transportation coordination or a related role.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities, able to perform under pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with transportation regulations, fleet management and logistics software/tools.
