Transversal Finance Project Manager, APAC

About the role

The Transversal Finance Project Manager will support the Vice President Finance APAC in driving change across the Finance team, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring performance objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Track Finance team objectives and performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Prepare dossiers, scorecards, and reports that are clear, consistent, and archived appropriately.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions and countries to deliver consultative and transactional support.
• Create and execute change and communication plans for multi‑cultural environments.
• Identify, manage, and report on regional transversal projects, acting as the Finance focal point for global initiatives.
• Lead improvement initiatives, applying performance‑management and quality methodologies.
• Draft documents, briefing papers, and presentations on an ad‑hoc basis.
• Facilitate smooth communication between the VP Finance APAC, business units, and the Finance community.
