Travel Advisor, Private Tours

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Travel Advisors to design and deliver private tour experiences for our clients. You will work closely with travelers to understand their preferences and craft seamless, personalized itineraries that exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Convert leads from multiple channels into confirmed bookings.
• Provide expert advice on travel options and resources.
• Plan, price, and present customized itineraries.
• Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements, from pre‑trip consultancy to on‑trip support and post‑trip follow‑up.
• Achieve profit and sales targets.
• Develop strategic partnerships with travel service providers.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a travel advisor or in a comparable sales/service role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Keen interest in local and international travel trends.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRS.
• Working knowledge of GDS.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
