Truck Mechanic – Entry Level (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Truck Mechanic to join our workshop team across Singapore. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience maintaining and repairing a fleet of trucks and heavy‑duty vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance on trucks and heavy vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools.
• Repair and replace engines, transmissions, braking, suspension, and steering components.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, wiring, and electronic control modules.
• Conduct engine overhauls and component rebuilds as required.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Ensure tools and workshop equipment are properly maintained.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and keep a clean work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience repairing trucks or heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy‑vehicle systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
