Tuition Centre Manager – Singapore

About the role

The company specialises in English language and writing classes for primary and secondary students. We are seeking a Tuition Centre Manager to lead daily operations, service standards and business performance across two centres in Punggol and City Square Mall.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales, enrolment, retention and service targets for both centres.
• Drive centre sales through follow‑up on enquiries, trials and enrolment opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with parents and students to ensure satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Handle parent feedback, service recovery and escalated matters professionally.
• Guide centre staff on customer service, daily operations and centre processes.
• Manage teachers’ attendance, punctuality, parent communication and operational follow‑through.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including class readiness, scheduling, centre presentation and service standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and take timely action to address gaps in sales, retention or operations.
• Utilise company CRM and student management platforms for lead management, record keeping and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in education, enrichment, service, retail, hospitality or centre‑based operations.
• At least 3 years of leadership or team‑management experience.
• Experience in the education or enrichment industry is an advantage.
