Tuition Coordinator – Admin Support & Sales

About the role

Join Singapore's leading education agency as a Tuition Coordinator, supporting both administrative operations and sales activities. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them find the right tutor and ensuring a smooth start to lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day business operations of the agency.
• Engage warm leads via forms, calls, WhatsApp and other channels (no cold‑calling).
• Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles.
• Coordinate and schedule the first tuition lesson for clients and tutors.
• Provide post‑sale administrative support and follow‑up.
• Use the company’s custom software platform for automation and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic team player with a strong work ethic.
• Organised with good administrative abilities.
• Polite, patient and able to deliver excellent customer service.
• Willing to commit to a minimum of one year.
• Fresh graduates from polytechnic or university are welcome; no prior experience required.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
