Tuition Teacher (Educator)

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Tuition Teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons for individual students and small groups. The role focuses on personalised learning, exam preparation and fostering critical thinking, while collaborating with our curriculum team.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored lessons for students and small groups.
- Provide personalised feedback and monitor student progress.
- Assist students with exam preparation and critical‑thinking development.
- Work with the curriculum team to create and refine worksheets, quizzes and lesson plans aligned with the MOE syllabus.
- Research and apply innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Support classroom administration, resource management and team meetings.
- Participate in tuition centre events, workshops and optional social‑media content creation.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of teaching or professional tutoring experience.
- A diploma or degree in Education, Mathematics, Science or a related field.
- Teaching certification is a plus but not mandatory.
