About the role

Fuku is hiring a UAT Test Engineer for its card product line in Singapore. The role suits someone with a foundational knowledge of banking and card products, a clear understanding of the card lifecycle, and hands-on experience in software testing processes.

Required profile

Basic understanding of the banking domain, including credit cards and debit cards
Understanding of card lifecycle processes: issuance, activation, transactions, settlements, disputes and chargebacks
Experience in manual testing; automation experience is an added advantage
Knowledge of payment networks such as Visa and MasterCard is a plus
Awareness of banking regulations and compliance requirements related to card payments

Required skills

Software testing fundamentals: SDLC, STLC, functional, regression, integration and UAT testing
Ability to write and execute test cases based on requirements
Defect tracking tools such as JIRA
Test artefacts: test plans, test cases and test reports (DSR)
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTTP, HTTPS, APIs) and card transaction flows and messaging protocols
