About the role

Citi's Ultima Card Relationship Manager is a developing professional role within the Consumer Product Sales job family. It involves managing client accounts, advising on products and ensuring compliance, with moderate but direct impact through close contact with the business's core activities.

Key responsibilities

Review customer needs and asset allocation, and advise customers on additional funds and fee-based products and services
Review product penetration for the assigned client base and identify prospects for tailored products
Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling and financial planning
Organize customer events and acquire new customers by converting referral leads
Ensure KYC/AML and other compliance norms are followed, and escalate, manage and report control issues

Required profile

2-5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products
Ability to manage internal and external relationships and to prioritize
