Undergraduate Examination Invigilator (Temporary)

About the role

The Office of the Registrar at Singapore Management University is seeking undergraduate examination invigilators on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for ensuring examinations run smoothly and in accordance with university policies.

Key responsibilities

• Attend examination briefing prior to the examination period.
• Mark attendance of students taking examinations.
• Ensure students adhere to examination rules and policies.
• Record any examination irregularities.
• Distribute examination scripts before the exam and collect them afterwards.
• Collate scripts and hand them over to instructors.
• Invigilate any examination session assigned by the Registrar’s Office.

Required profile

• Minimum education: O/A Levels or Diploma.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Prior invigilation experience preferred.
• Available for briefing on 11 Nov (PM) and to work from 23 Nov to 4 Dec 2026.
• Provide at least one job reference and one character reference.
