User Acceptance Testing – Digital Transformation (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) professional to support a digital transformation project at BGC Group. The role will focus on coordinating the rollout of a new mailbox management system, mapping workflows, and ensuring smooth adoption across multiple divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and trackers; support the project lead in implementing the mailbox management system.
• Map existing and future workflows, identify gaps, and contribute to process‑re‑engineering initiatives.
• Organise and facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and action trackers.
• Support user acceptance testing, prepare test data, track issues and assist with change‑management communications.
• Review and update website and intranet content, manage content requests and maintain governance records.
• Assist with service awards administration, operational logistics and explore AI‑enabled tools for service quality monitoring.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline; fields such as Communications, Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Service Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems or Project Management are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic AI and digital literacy with an interest in applying AI tools to improve processes.

What we offer

• 12‑month contract (fixed‑term)
• Salary up to SGD 3,340 per month (SGD 3,200–3,340)
• Hybrid work arrangement – office presence Monday to Wednesday at Westgate Office
• Working hours: Mon‑Thu 8:30 am‑6:00 pm, Fri 8:30 am‑5:30 pm
