UX Designer – Power Apps & SharePoint

About the role

Avensys is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and user‑friendly digital experiences across Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate UX discovery activities, including workshops, user interviews and usability testing.
• Design intuitive UI/UX experiences for Power Apps, Power Pages and SharePoint Online.
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of UI elements and interaction patterns.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and UX documentation.
• Review and optimise existing Power Platform and SharePoint experiences for usability, accessibility and performance.
• Work with Product Owners and Managers to align solutions with business requirements and delivery timelines.
• Present UX research findings, design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain design decisions clearly.

Required skills

• Figma (wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, design systems).
• Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro (advantage).
• Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Pages.
• SharePoint Online Modern Sites.
