About the role
Fever is seeking a self‑motivated Venue Manager to launch its newest immersive experience in Singapore. You will operate the venue as an independent on‑site operator, ensuring every guest receives a premium experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary duty manager, overseeing all day‑to‑day venue operations.
- Manage local scheduling, health‑and‑safety compliance, and building maintenance to premium standards.
- Deliver high‑energy guest interaction and uphold the highest level of customer service.
- Coordinate backup staff or assistants to guarantee continuous operational coverage.
- Handle local expenses and maintain day‑to‑day site budget responsibility.
Required profile
- Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently and take full ownership of the guest journey.
- Passionate about live entertainment and committed to creating unforgettable experiences.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for basic administrative tasks.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word for documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot AV systems, game consoles and other technical elements on site.
