Vice President, Consumer Product

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Vice President – Consumer Product to lead a large‑scale consumer product portfolio for an international SaaS telco. This leader will own the end‑to‑end consumer product strategy, drive AI‑powered innovation, and scale digital experiences across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall consumer product vision, revenue growth, and innovation across markets.
• Lead the AI roadmap, embed AI capabilities into the product strategy, and establish governance and ROI tracking.
• Manage high‑traffic, high‑transaction consumer platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Champion world‑class consumer experience across all touchpoints using data, research, and experimentation.
• Build and lead high‑performing product teams across geographies, fostering a culture of experimentation and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• 15+ years of product leadership experience, primarily in consumer digital products.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, high‑growth consumer platforms serving millions of users.
• Strong background in SaaS, telco, fintech, super‑apps, or similar high‑volume digital ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ownership of AI‑driven product transformation and multi‑market portfolio management.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in consumer products and ability to translate them into measurable business impact.
