Vice President, Customer Security & Trust

About the role

Saviynt is seeking a senior security leader to serve as the primary security representative for customers and prospects. In this role you will articulate Saviynt’s security architecture, risk management approach, and compliance posture to external technical audiences, building confidence in our AI‑powered identity platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security deep‑dives, architecture reviews, and due‑diligence activities with customers and prospects.
• Present Saviynt’s security architecture, threat model, controls, and risk management across cloud, application, data, and identity layers.
• Drive technical security discussions during pre‑procurement stages, addressing confidentiality, integrity, availability, privacy, and compliance concerns.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to proactively address security objections and accelerate deal cycles.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal security, engineering, and product teams to clarify requirements and roadmap alignment.
• Represent Saviynt in penetration‑testing discussions, third‑party assessments, and assurance reviews.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Saviynt’s security design, tooling, processes, and incident‑response capabilities for consistent messaging.
• Contribute to customer‑facing security artifacts such as whitepapers, architecture diagrams, trust documentation, and FAQs.
• Track emerging regulatory trends and industry best practices to inform security strategy and customer messaging.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in information security.
• Strong background in Security Architecture, Cloud Security, Application Security, and Compliance.
• Proven ability to lead technical security discussions with senior cybersecurity leadership.
• Experience communicating complex security concepts to external technical audiences.
