Vice President - Product Controller - Finance

About the role

The Vice President – Product Controller will lead control and governance of Fixed Income related P&L, focusing on Rates, Treasury and Corporate portfolios across multiple legal entities. Based in Singapore, you will partner with Treasury, Operations, Quants and other functions to ensure accurate revenue reporting and financial resource optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own control and governance of Fixed Income P&L, with oversight of FX & BRM.
• Calculate, verify and report daily revenue to internal stakeholders, managing issues independently.
• Execute month‑end procedures, including Balance Sheet substantiation.
• Resolve booking, P&L attribution, accounting and valuation queries across Business, Treasury Funding desk and other teams.
• Handle structured issuance matters, treasury charges and ad‑hoc P&L/Balancesheet issues.
• Support cross‑regional booking, new product initiatives and related projects.
• Validate P&L for structured notes issuances and financing transactions.
• Drive process re‑engineering, automation and digital tool adoption.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance control, middle‑office or treasury environments.
• Proven ability to work across multiple legal entities and stakeholder groups.
