Video Producer – Digital Content

About the role

AsiaOne is looking for a Video Producer to join its fast‑growing digital content team. The role focuses on creating engaging video stories that resonate with youth and young adult audiences across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and edit bold, quirky video content that aligns with AsiaOne’s brand.
• Develop and pitch new video ideas on a regular basis.
• Oversee all stages of production – pre‑production, shooting and post‑production.
• Use audience data and analytics to tailor content for maximum impact.
• Create multi‑platform multimedia packages for web and social channels.
• Ensure every video meets brand guidelines and style standards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of video production experience (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Diploma or degree in Filmmaking, Communications or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced digital environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of social‑media trends and local/regional news cycles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience analysing audience metrics to inform content decisions.
