Virtual Production Producer

About the role

The Virtual Production Producer will lead end‑to‑end virtual production projects, bridging creative vision with technical execution. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with directors, VFX supervisors and technical teams to deliver high‑quality virtual assets and seamless shoots.

Key responsibilities

• Review scripts, storyboards and client briefs to define scope, timelines and milestones.
• Develop and manage virtual production workflows, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Present virtual production solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources – crew, artists and technical personnel – and allocate them across projects.
• Oversee virtual asset creation, environment development and content delivery schedules.
• Lead day‑to‑day virtual production operations during shoots and monitor real‑time systems.
• Maintain clear communication between creative, production and technical departments.
• Resolve operational issues on set and ensure smooth handover to post‑production.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, producing or production management within film, TV, commercials or media.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel overseas for production work, including assignments in Iskandar Malaysia and other regional locations.
